A certification programme for the women who care for your children and run your home. Six modules, taught in person, built around your family, combined with an Edgemont Standard, hers to own.
The nanny you already rely on, certified to the Edgemont Standard, aligned to your family's own rhythm and values.
Homes are strange little planets. They have their own weather systems. Bright, easy mornings when everything somehow works, and heavy afternoons when someone is crying over the wrong cup.
The people who hold a home's rhythm steady all of that, with very little structure around them. They move between cultures and personalities with care. They anticipate without intruding. They carry responsibility quietly.
A good home is not made by how it looks. It is made by rhythm. The invisible scaffolding of routines that hold, meals that arrive without drama, children who feel steadied by consistency.
Every family has its own way of doing things. We give it a standard, and help the person who runs your home carry it, day after day.
Edgemont is not about perfection. It is about composure.

Six certifications, stackable into one. Each is observed, not examined, and produces real artefacts the same day. The standard is demonstrated, not declared.
Sessions run in Abu Dhabi. All sessions are conducted in English, with a Tagalog-speaking trainer in every module. Certification is awarded on the day, along with take-home practitioner artefacts.
